She obtained her initial nursing licensure from the Arizona State Board of Nursing in 2008, earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Grand Canyon University in 2011, and completed a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 2015. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she gained seven years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a variety of healthcare settings, including Telemetry/Progressive Care, Medical-Surgical, and Post-Partum units.
